Red oak: no drama, all function. Heavy, ring-porous, and good-looking without trying. It runs 161″ long and up to 49″ wide at 3″ thick — 113 board feet. Air-drying for now — reserve it and let it season, or take it green and dry it yourself. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
