Red oak — bold, open grain with a warm pink-brown cast. Strong, honest, and it stains deep when you want it dark. 12/4 cut, 161″ long and 27–50″ wide, about 120 board feet. Big-format width you rarely see — plenty for a full dining or conference top. Air-drying since Apr 2025; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request. One of a kind: when it’s gone, it’s gone.
