A 57″ double cookie — two pith centers in one piece, 3″ thick — a full cross-section with the pith and every ring on display. Those gray-and-charcoal streaks aren’t a flaw — they’re the beetle’s signature. Figure you can’t fake. Air-drying since Jun 2026; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
