Shagbark hickory — wild grain, big color swings from pale sap to deep brown, and tough as nails. It runs 141″ long and 46″ wide at 2″ thick — 69 board feet. Air-drying for now — reserve it and let it season, or take it green and dry it yourself. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
