Shagbark hickory — pale streaks running into chocolate heart, hard as anything we cut. It runs 133″ long and up to 15″ wide at 2″ thick — 27.1 board feet. Air-drying for now — reserve it and let it season, or take it green and dry it yourself. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
