Black walnut — the one everybody asks for by name. Dark chocolate heartwood and a ribbon of pale sap on the live edge. It runs 136″ long and up to 40″ wide at 4″ thick — 128 board feet. Air-drying since May 2025; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
