Pop's Barn

Pickup

Slabs are pickup at the barn — here’s how to make it painless.

Where & when

Pickup is at Pop’s Barn in New Jersey, by appointment. After you reserve or pay, we’ll send you the address and set a time that works. Don’t just show up — the gate’s not always open and the slab needs pulling.

What to bring

Bring a vehicle that can actually carry it. Big slabs are heavy and long — think truck bed, trailer, or a roof rack with real straps, plus ratchet straps and blankets to protect the wood. A second set of hands helps. We’ll load you with the telehandler — you handle tie-down.

What to have ready

Your order number or the name the slab’s reserved under. The balance due is paid at pickup — card or digital wallet.

How long we hold

We’ll hold a reserved slab for 30 days. Need longer? Reach out — we’re reasonable. Go quiet past the window and the reservation’s forfeit (see Deposit & Refund).

Shipping

We don’t ship large slabs — they’re too big and too valuable to trust to a freight gamble. Smaller pieces, ask and we’ll see what’s doable.

Not sure your ride can handle it? Tell us the slab you want and what you’re driving on our Contact page, and we’ll give it to you straight.
