How delivery works
- Buy or reserve the slab. Balance is due before it leaves the yard.
- Send the address and your date. Tell us the street, any parking or loading rules, and who’s receiving.
- We quote the trip. Price depends on distance, load size and how many pieces.
- We drop at the curb. We don’t carry into buildings, up stairs, or into freight elevators. Have people there.
Plan for the size
- Weight: a big slab can run several hundred pounds. Line up enough hands or a rigger.
- Elevators and doors: measure the freight elevator car, door openings and every turn. A slab carried on edge needs its width to clear the door height.
- Building rules: many NYC buildings require a certificate of insurance and a booked freight window for your crew. Sort that before the delivery date.
