Shagbark hickory: same brute strength as your axe handle, in slab form. Hard and loud-grained. It runs 132″ long and up to 21″ wide at 2″ thick — 35 board feet. Air-drying for now — reserve it and let it season, or take it green and dry it yourself. We cut it, we dried it, we stand behind it.
