Shagbark hickory — pale streaks running into chocolate heart, hard as anything we cut. It runs 132″ long and up to 17″ wide at 2″ thick — 31 board feet. Air-drying since Jun 2026; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
