White oak is the tank: rugged, ring-porous, and stable enough to trust on a big top. It runs 96″ long and up to 63″ wide at 2.5″ thick — 81 board feet. Air-drying since Mar 2026; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request. Milled on our own saws, on our own land — no two boards like it.
