Open grain, warm tone, plenty of backbone — red oak is the wood that just gets the job done. 144″ of length, 32–47″ wide, 2.5″ thick — roughly 94 board feet. It tapers hard across its length — live edge with real movement. Air-drying since Sep 2025; figure about a year per inch, or we can kiln-finish it on request.
