What we collect
When you reserve or buy, we collect what’s needed to fill the order: your name, email, phone, and (if relevant) a billing or pickup contact. If you message us, we keep that message. The website also logs basic technical info — browser, device, pages visited — through standard cookies and analytics.
Payments
Card payments run through our payment processor. They handle the card data — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process your order, hold your slab, contact you about pickup, and answer your questions. That’s it. We don’t sell your information to anybody.
Sharing
We only share what’s necessary with the people who make an order happen — our payment processor and our website/hosting provider. If we connect the shop to Instagram or Facebook, those platforms have their own tracking, covered by their policies, not ours.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to run the cart and understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work as well.
Your choices
Want to know what we have on you, or want it deleted? Reach out through our Contact page and we’ll take care of it, subject to any records we’re required to keep (like tax records on completed sales).
Kids
This store isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
